Minimum Years of Experience 2+ years of Client Facing External Consulting Experience Hybrid of Consulting/Insurance Industry.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team member including the following areas

• Design and development of data cleansing routines utilizing typical data quality functions involving standardization, transformation, rationalization, linking and matching that leverages knowledge within data, master data, metadata and technology management.
• Support senior team members in gathering business requirements, data requirements, data analysis, and testing for data strategy, data roadmap, and data solution implementation projects
• Support technology and data solution assessments to provide point-of-view and recommendations.
• Experience with programming languages of either Python or R in areas such as predictive modelling, web scraping and Natural Language Processing.
• Automating of processes and analytics and the technologies that enable automation (Alteryx, UiPath, Power BI, Tableau).
• Utilizing relational databases, SQL server and writing SQL queries;
• Utilizing technical skills in MS Office (Advanced Excel, VBA is a strong plus), G-suite.
• Determining the appropriate software packages or modules to run, and how easily they can be modified;
• Understanding of the functionality of finance systems, such as General Ledgers, Sub-Ledgers, Finance Data Warehouse/Repositories and other related applications.
• Experience with transactional data from insurance domain (policy, claims, etc) a plus.
• Exposure to use of Big Data toolkits such as SparkML and NoSQL databases will be a plus.
