We are inviting applications for the role of BA, Pricing Analytics
Responsibilities
  • Clearly understand customer requirements regarding Spare Parts Inventory planning and forecasting.
  • Strong knowledge in supply planning: Buying spare parts
  • Perform data analysis, refresh forecasts, validate inventory policies, continually analyze and identify various inventory optimization opportunities, proactively work with relevant partners to handle various inventory situations.
  • Reporting on spare parts through weekly ins/outs and on hands
  • Adjusting scrap transactions and handling spare part disputes-Shrinkage reports
  • Preparing Monthly/Quarterly inventory statements and metrics
  • Resolve all data disputes through Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action
  • Conceptualize and build executive dashboards / reports, create calculation / data analysis templates, standardize reporting templates / formats
  • Data collection, preparation, verification, validation, analysis, and report-out activities
  • Establish business rules for data scrubbing / filtering, (re)formatting, uploading, etc.
  • Should be very strong in Excel and ideally with good end to end SCM domain knowledge.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
  • Good expertise in Inventory Management (spare parts / after-market services) and broader supply chain management domain
  • Strong in concepts of Demand Planning / Forecasting, Min/max setting, Inventory re-balancing, Last Time Buy (LTB), Bill of Materials (BOM), Reverse Logistics, Install Base management, etc.
  • Exposure to / working knowledge of inventory planning tools such as Servigistics
  • Ideally from the hi-tech industry i.e., taking care of spare parts support for install bases handling products like hard-drives, memory units, chassis, power supply units, etc.
  • Strong in data management, analysis & modeling activities
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (eg: excellent handling of pivot tables), familiarity with databases like MS SQL Server
  • Must be familiar with and/or have worked with Business Intelligence tools such as MS Power BI and Tableau
  • Good project management experience including customer requirement gathering, solution design, development & implementation
  • Effective at multi-tasking to prioritize & handle short-term and long-term work
  • Have good presentation skill
