In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact and provide information security and privacy related leadership direction to building client trust through discussions, client responses and other means for all client transitions at all global Genpact businesses.
Responsibilities
- Key enabler / partner of the businesses in the region from an information security and privacy perspective.
- Coordinating, assisting or leading global Information Security requirements and regional privacy requirements and helping the maturity journey
- Ensuring alignment of regional information security and privacy requirements with that of global and ensuring relevant cybersecurity and privacy laws are factored in
- Represent InfoSec and privacy during customer assessment and similar activities
- Supporting the required certifications such as for ISO 27001 or PCI
- Look for continual improvement in the region and in the global context
- Research and share perspectives on regulations and changes in business or industry environment in the region
- Help create and spread security culture amongst all functions as per People Culture plan or as might be relevant for region
Qualification
Minimum qualifications
- Relevant Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
- ISO 27001:2013 Lead Auditor or Lead Implementer.
- Information security experience, with a very strong technical background and significant client solution, security architecture experience
- Security certification like CISSP, CCSP, CISA / CISM or equivalent a plus
