Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Salesforce Business Analyst

In this role, utilize deep understanding of package solutions and recommend when appropriate. You will be providing key business insights based on analyzing multiple data sources. You will be taking initiative to identify what the business should be tracking and evaluating. You will be thinking through problems and make actionable recommendations. Your job will include collaborating across the organization with business, architects, UX experts, product managers and other software developers. You will use your expertise in building high quality automated cloud solutions in an agile setting. You are expected to be hands on and up to date with the latest technology stack. • Work with clients and end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
• Participate in key meetings with clients including requirement sessions, system demos, user acceptance testing, and end user training.
• Map the business requirement to the sales portfolio appropriate for clients.
• Evaluate and incorporate new technologies into new and existing frameworks and solutions as applicable
• Collaborate with and mentor members of the team and other coworkers
• Be agile and embrace change

Minimum qualifications
• Robust analytics experience

Preferred qualifications
• Experience in cost Model creation and management
• Ability to handle pre-sales process management and execution
• Prior experience in sales support
