Job Purpose:
  • EY is looking for passionate, result oriented and quality focused professional with strong consulting and business analytical skills to manage large, complex applications and related environment from existing service providers to EY midway through development, implementation and support for clients across MENA region, under Technology Consulting practice.
  • The candidate must be able to represent EY to showcase the firm's strong capability and extensive experience in gathering similar requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing managing transition and delivery of large projects independently and as part of Digital Transformation Strategy.
  • The candidate will be expected to effectively leverage EY's global capabilities and resources of EY, its alliance partners, technology and digital service providers, vendors and provide best-in-class consulting services on delivering solutions, solving complex business problems and enable transformation journey of the client

Job description
  • Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
  • Ability to find gaps/flaws looking at the logical sequence and initiate corrective actions
  • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
  • Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems; in depth understanding on Microsoft suits and its application
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
  • Performing requirements analysis.
  • Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
  • Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
  • Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  • Facilitating user acceptance testing.
  • Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements.
  • Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users.
  • Experience in managing transition from other SI or IT services vendor teams.


Qualifications and Skills
  • A bachelor's degree in business or related field or an MBA.
  • BABOK knowledge essential and CBAP certification a must
  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
  • Exposure to building solutions for the full Microsoft Stack including .Net Portal, SQL Server, SharePoint, PowerBI, Azure Cloud, SSAS
  • Competency and hands on in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in MS Visio process designing tool
  • Exposure to large platforms - like CRM (MS Dynamics), ERP (MS Dynamics), Mobile (Android/iOS), Emerging technologies including AI/ML/Big Data, Social Media, RPA
  • The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • A track record of following through on commitments.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Exposure to CMMi L5 standards
  • Previous experience in working with government and public sector environment is an added advantage
