Your Role and Responsibilities
We are currently looking for an IT Audit Manager to be a part of our client-dedicated audit support team.
This job ad is for IBM CIC in Katowice, but work can be done remotely from any place in Poland.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- You will be a primary contact point for a client, external and IBM internal auditors
- You will maintain appropriate quality of audit request-response and make sure audits and reviews are managed and organized effectively i.e. with minimum cost and effort for the organization
- You will drive remediation of audit and penetration test findings to ensure they are properly analyzed, appropriately addressed and mitigated within the required deadline
- You will continuously track and periodically report audit status to senior management and the client
- You will foster audit-readiness and awareness throughout the delivery organization

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- At least 2-3 years of experience as internal and/or external IT auditor in corporate environment
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management frameworks (ITIL/COBIT)
- Information systems security management experience and technical knowledge
- Excellent communication skills with ability to describe complex concepts and issues in a concise manner
- Being able to work under pressure with short deadlines to provide a response,
- Very good organizational and coordination skills
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Project management experience
- CIA/CISA certification
