Senior IT Business Analyst

As a senior business analyst, you are a partner of business units or functional groups to clarify and communicate business requirements, assuring products and services are aligned with business needs.

Responsibility :

• • Support manufacturing, supply chain, quality, asset management and capital management process improvements with functional responsibility in all major ERP environment
  • Analyze and prioritize business change requests, assess alternatives and propose solutions - in accord with global IT initiatives
  • Manage multiple IT projects and enhancements parallel
  • Extensive usage of company project management tool (Planview) for administration, collaboration, approval and reporting
  • Facilitate and support IT super user networks (SAP, R12, BI, FOCUS)
  • Represent Industrial Operation Segment Frontline IT in regular steering committee meetings with corporate COEs and business leadership teams

Requirements :

• • Bachelor in Finance, Business, Economics, Science or IT
  • SAP/Oracle/FOCUS/ Qlikview /BI experience is an advantage
  • Detailed knowledge of IOS business processes is an advantage
  • Team player who likes to work in an international environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and take your own initiatives, keeping focused on short and long-term objectives
  • Good listening skills, analytical, able to manage complexity
  • Fluent in English (oral and writing)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts
  • Availability to travel in Europe (10-15% of time)
