About the role:
  • You will be providing full support to the CFO in their daily duties, these include
  • You will be undertaking full diary and agenda management, and associated correspondence
  • You will be liaising with internal and external stakeholders to pull together data and reports, for board submission
  • You will be responsible for collation and templating of board reports from various areas of the business
  • You will be researching policies and strategies, and seeing these through to execution
  • You will be attending internal and external meetings, taking extensive minutes and executing these minutes throughout the leadership group accordingly
  • You will be coordinating meetings, creating agendas and associated
  • You will be research, collating and coordinating quarterly Business Reports and agendas to the Board

About you:
  • You must have extensive experience in a similar EA role working at C-Suite level - ideally CEO/CFO level
  • You will have intermediate to advanced Office 365 experience
  • You ideally will have experience working in the financial services or accounting industries, and have a good understanding of how a finance team functions - i.e. AP/AR/payroll
  • You will have the ability to work under pressure with a sense of urgency
  • You will be a multi-tasker and have excellent time management skills
  • You will have excellent attention to detail
  • You will have a proactive approach, and be able to anticipate needs before they occur
  • You will have an understanding of time constraints and able to prioritize tasks.
  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills and able to communicate at all levels across the organisation
