As a Senior Associate - SAP SuccessFactors Business Analyst in our Technology Consulting - Federal Government SAP team your impact will be seen by:

  • Facilitate engagement with key business stakeholders to collate and define business requirements/user stories in the various Hire to Retire processes in alignment to the SAP SuccessFactors solution.
  • Analyse current business processes, systems, coordinate, and embed process improvements, make design recommendations to improve business systems to deliver improved client business operations
  • Extract data reports from business systems and review information to identify trends, system pain points and opportunities for business improvement across the business and makes recommendations for business improvements
  • Work with functional teams to develop and maintain relevant performance metrics, methods and targets, establishing and documenting processes that support continuous business improvement
  • Interpret historical, current, and projected data to identify issues, causes and areas for which process improvement or systems modifications are identified


About you

You have a background in business process analysis within SAP SuccessFactors and are skilled in implementing business process change and improvement initiatives. Business analysis and consulting skills applied in SAP Success Factors implementation landscape, with experience in Employee Central, Learning, Performance, Recruitment and Onboarding modules. You will hold an understanding of soft skills required for the role (stakeholders management, communication, and business process design and analytical methodologies).

  • You will also have at least 4-5 years of relevant experience in SAP SuccessFactors as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge in SAP Activate project methodology is highly desirable.
  • Must have Consulting background.
  • Must be an Australian citizen preferably with at least a baseline security clearance.
