  • Gaining a clear understanding of the needs of the learner population - how to make learning engaging and desirable in a time poor environment, creating a continuous learning culture.
  • Employing the latest learning and technology solutions. These will be broad and ranging from formal training through to on-the-job learning opportunities and access to self paced learning. You will connect these with the needs of the business, both technical and strategic capabilities, to achieve the businesses long term goals.

You're a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders.

You have project management skills with the ability to be collaborative, have a high attention to detail with strong stakeholder relationship management. You embrace diversity of thought and collaborate with teams to optimize outcomes. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
