The Company
This well established, services business, operating across Australia and overseas, is seeking a commercial focused management accountant / analyst. The business has gone through several changes in recent years, including new system improvements and business initiatives and requires a diligent, commercial business partner to support the commercial team.
The role
This role will be the link between site and Head Office. The positionrequire someone who is happy to work under their own steam, able to liaise between operations and finance, and be able to convey financial information in a user-friendly way.
The role offers a good range of commercial decision making, high level responsibilities, and high profile where you can really make a difference on divisional profitability. You will provide general support to the operational managers in terms of budgeting and forecasting and understanding of costs, and be responsible for the overall sites monthly reporting and analysis. You will play a pro-active role in understanding key customer profitability, margins, and high level of support to the operational team.
The Candidate
You will be a qualified accountant (CA/CPA) and able to liaise across all levels of departments, drive financial performance, and drive initiatives.
