We are now seeking a Finance Analyst to join our team within a rapidly growing area of the business.

This role's primary responsibilities are to 1) own financial planning and reporting for key business segments; 2) dive deep into data to identify root causes of performance; 3) develop and operate robust and efficient processes for month end close and FP&A; 4) work collaboratively with business partners to identify challenges and drive alignment on creative solutions.

They will be skilled in automating processes to improve efficiency and robustness of outputs. They will work with data to build a complete picture of business performance; and partner with business teams to address reporting needs.

Key responsibilities will include:
• Managing ongoing financial reporting and review cadences. Designing and delivering consistent, accurate review packages for weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
• Diving deep into results drivers and recommending actions to improve performance. Contributing financial commentary to business review documents.
• Financial forecasting across business segments. Coordinating with stakeholder teams to manage the planning calendar, gathering inputs, generating deliverables.
• Developing and managing financial processes to ensure integrity as the business grows in size and complexity.
• Ad hoc financial analysis and decision support for business team

Basic Qualifications:
• Minimum of Bachelor's degree
• Relevant finance accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA). Experience in an analytically focused role within a commercial or consultancy setting.
• Demonstrated expertise with building financial models and processes using MS Excel
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent analytical skills, a passion for metrics and data, and the ability to get into the details, while also seeing and understanding the bigger commercial picture
• Superior attention to detail and an appetite to dive deep
• Ambitious, wants to succeed and be part of a great team

Preferred Qualifications:
• Demonstrated bias for action and ability to meet deadlines while managing multiple projects
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and often in an ambiguous environment
• Knowledge of SQL is a strong advantage
• Ability to invent and simplify processes and put in place tools to create efficiency and automation
• Strong interpersonal skills including written and oral communication skills
