Practice Accountant

Our client is a forward-thinking business based in Birmingham, they have adapted their firm to suit all. They are looking for an Accountant with previous experience within a Practice to join the team. Job Description The key responsibilities will include supporting clients by providing the full suite of compliance services that you would expect from an accountancy practice. * Dealing with Limited Company Accounts including Corporation Tax Returns * U.K VAT returns * Ad Hoc duties * Self-Assessment Tax Returns and Sole trader accounts * Forecasts of cashflow You may also be asked to help with * Bookkeeping duties * Pensions and Payrolls The Successful Applicant For this role, the successful candidate would have at least three years' experience working in a UK accounting practice. The ideal candidate will have experience using both Xero and TaxCalc software. The successful candidate will be a problem solver, have a strong work ethic, and be passionate about the work they do.
