Job Description

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Create a network with internal clients (Bankers, Legal, Compliance, Tax departments) as well as external legal counsels and other banks who worked with us on the deal
  • Take over the role of the junior banker when it comes to deal closing and expenses management
  • Review of current admin processes, identify bottlenecks, suggest and implement solutions
Analyst will focus on:
  • Track project folder closure and make sure all neccesary work is done for the final closure
  • Track project related expenses and liaise with all internal and external parties to improve expense recovery
  • Actively coordinate and participate in end to end expenses process
  • Create and improve reporting to track results and potential bottlenecks
Role requires variety of skills including:
  • A well rounded academic background from a top tier educational institution
  • Strong communication skills with ability to effectively interact with senior professionals and key stakeholders is a must
  • Proactive attitude
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Analytical skills to evaluate efficiency of processes
  • Ethics, integrity and judgement
  • Attention to details and ability to deliver quality work under pressure
