My client is a superb business that has continued to go from strength to strength and is now looking to add a Client Accountant to their busy team.
Description
The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Prepare client reporting packs
- Preparing fund requests to clients
- Finalising payments to clients
- Managing subtenant income rent raising
- Charges to property management systems
- Dealing with landlord queries
Profile
The successful applicant will:
- Ideally have some Property sector experience
- Have excellent attention to detail
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Ideally have experience of using property management accounting systems
