This role, Service Charge Accountant (12 month contract), is an excellent opportunity to work for a large and reputable Property company based in the City of London near Bond Street.

This role will be a senior role within the business reporting into the Finance Director. This role is a Part Qualified / Non-Qualified role so unfortunately Qualified candidates cannot be considered.

Candidates must be immediately available or 1 weeks notice.

Description

This role, Service Charge Accountant (12 month contract), involves:

- Working on Yardi, Qube and Horizon

- Dealing with commercial real estate clients

- High level of written and verbal communications skills

- Liaising with Surveyors on a daily basis

- Raising income, tenant queries, service charge reconciliations and client reporting

- Perform client accounting tasks including rent and income raising

- Ad hoc reporting

- Supporting the preparation of month end client reporting

- Accountancy focused

- 12 month contract

- Property background essential

- Financial services backed

Profile

The candidate we are looking for, Service Charge Accountant (12 month contract), must:

1. Have Service Charge experience

2. Have worked on either QUBE, Yardi or Horizon experience

3. Be immediately available or on a maximum of 1 weeks notice
