FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (SENIOR MANAGER)

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree, Finance/Accounting, professional accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA and CPA or equivalent with at least ten (10) years of managerial experience in a similar role.
Strong leadership, team player with analytical business acumen and can communicate at the senior executive level.
Results-oriented and detail-minded person with ability to see the big picture.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Proven ability to make complex and time-sensitive decisions in the best interests of the organization.
Possess high degree of integrity and confidentiality.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee and take responsibility for accounting, cash management, accounts receivables, accounts payable, taxation and the monthly and fiscal year closing process.
Responsible for the budgeting, planning, forecasting and internal controls and make sure of timely and accurate reporting and analysis of the business performance.
Study the return (ROI) on the new investment/project.
The finance team is tasked on processing of daily transactions, operational and management reporting, and supporting month-end close process.
Responsible for reviewing the current finance operations and propose for process improvement and system automation opportunity to achieve higher degree of efficiency in processes and reliability of information produced.
Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, statutory bodies, bankers, company secretary and lawyers for audit/tax/banking/legal matters.
