Accounting Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
To monitor and manage the daily operations of the accounting and reporting activities within the department.
To monitor and manage monthly and annual closing activities, ensure accuracy of posting in accounting entries.
To manages and supports budget and forecasting activities.
To check and reconcile variance between treasury and operation departments involving cash reconciliation.
To manage the production of annual financial statements and ad hoc financial reports on timely basis.
To attend to internal audit enquiries and findings.
To identify and recommend work-flow/process improvement to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of operations.
Responsible for financial planning and budgetary control, consolidation of accounts, policy development

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Degree in Accountancy/Finance or other equivalent Professional Qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA, etc.).
Minimum 8 years of working experience in finance/accounting/auditing.
Well-versed with Microsoft Office, experience using SAP/Yonyou will be an added advantage.
Able to work under pressure in meeting various deadlines and targets.
A person with strong analytical skills, attention to details and able to work with minimal supervision.
Knows how to speak and write in Mandarin
