Accounts Administrator required for a Contract role based onsite with PE Global. This position is part of our UK Healthcare team based out of our offices in Little Island.
Responsibilities
- This is a busy role with high volume timesheets and invoicing processing for the UK healthcare sector including the NHS Weekly processing of timesheets and expense claims.
- Weekly sales invoicing via direct billing, self-billing and eBilling to portals.
- Submitting weekly reports to umbrella companies for payment distribution to candidates.
- Processing of weekly payment (EFT) payment files.
- Dealing with queries from both candidates and clients in a timely manner.
- Assist with month end process including prepayments, accruals and reporting.
- Ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
- Candidates must hold a relevant Accounting qualification (Accounting Technician)
- Minimum 2 years previous accounts experience within a professional environment.
- Must have previous experience with high-volume timesheet and invoice processing.
- Proficient in MS Office suite in particular MS Excel
- Hands-on experience with prepayments and accruals an advantage.
- Bright, hard-working and takes pride in their work.
- Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
