The role

Accounts Administrator required for a Contract role based onsite with PE Global. This position is part of our UK Healthcare team based out of our offices in Little Island.

Responsibilities


  • This is a busy role with high volume timesheets and invoicing processing for the UK healthcare sector including the NHS Weekly processing of timesheets and expense claims.
  • Weekly sales invoicing via direct billing, self-billing and eBilling to portals.
  • Submitting weekly reports to umbrella companies for payment distribution to candidates.
  • Processing of weekly payment (EFT) payment files.
  • Dealing with queries from both candidates and clients in a timely manner.
  • Assist with month end process including prepayments, accruals and reporting.
  • Ad-hoc duties as required.


Requirements

  • Candidates must hold a relevant Accounting qualification (Accounting Technician)
  • Minimum 2 years previous accounts experience within a professional environment.
  • Must have previous experience with high-volume timesheet and invoice processing.
  • Proficient in MS Office suite in particular MS Excel
  • Hands-on experience with prepayments and accruals an advantage.
  • Bright, hard-working and takes pride in their work.
  • Strong analytical, communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
