Bookkeeper/Office Admin - 25-30 hours a week.

Bookkeeper/Office Admin Key Duties:

Bookkeeper/Office Admin Key Duties:
- Ensure company balance sheet maintains positive growth
- Manage the payment of all bills in a timely manner. Reconcile all accounts on a monthly basis, including checking, credit cards, PayPal, and Amazon accounts
- AR/AP
- Invoice all sales and service orders after fulfillment and send to customers via email
- Send invoice reminders and collections notices weekly
- Manage and maintain all return authorizations and return authorization processes
- Maintain monthly operational expenses, including rent, utilities, and office supplies
- Maintain good standing relationships with partners, vendors, and suppliers
- Ensure adherence to legal rules and guidelines
- Assist in other aspects of business not defined above due to employee absence or extreme company deadlines requiring additional personnel
- Order office supplies and maintain office cleanliness/organization
- Assist with answering/routing incoming phone calls/emails to the appropriate individual within company
