Job Description

This position is responsible for the planning, implementation and maintenance of key HR system and associated applications (like Staff Portal, RPA, OpenText PowerDocs, etc.) to meet the objectives of the departments and maximize the value of IT. This role will provide support to the process owners and subject matter experts to evaluate, simplify and continuously improve standards and processes across the HR functions, and constantly monitoring technological trends, developments that would support HR digitalization transformation.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • The candidate must have experience and knowledge in SAP SuccessFactors modules in area of data structure, business rules, system configuration and usage.
  • Lead the scoping, planning and implementation of HR system initiatives and projects, translate business needs into user requirements, work closely with business users, IT department and vendor to ensure that business needs are met in accordance to agreed deliverables, timeline and resources.
  • Participate in requirement study, design and solutioning, process simplification, testing and conduct user trainings.
  • Support and enhance existing HR system (SAP SF) and applications/tools. Manage issues and queries raised by users, work with IT and external vendor to provide solution, develop enhancements and guidance on system usage.
  • Responsible in the maintenance of HR Staff Portal; Build online forms and workflow using MS Automate; Digitalising HR letters and documents through PowerDocs and DocuSign.
  • Keep abreast of the technology trends (RPA, Bot, Machine Learning. Etc.) to identify opportunities and usage to improve HR efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Degree in Computer Engineering/Science
  • Min 5 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years' hands-on experience with SAP HR modules or other enterprise HR solutions
  • Experience in various SAP SuccessFactors modules is essential. Knowledge of RBP, Reporting and integration tool is a plus
  • Familiar with Web development, MS SharePoint
  • Good understanding of HR operations and strong grasp of HR domain knowledge is preferred
  • Have experience in software development life cycle and cloud implementation
  • Independent and resourceful, able to run projects w minimum supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
