We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our Oracle EBS Bookings application.

You'll be working with bookings operations, finance and sales operations business teams, located all over the world, India, UK, Ireland, Bulgaria, US Pacific. You will need to be flexible in your schedule to host and attend meetings with teams in these locations.

You will work as a liaison between business users and IT, with a thorough understanding of interpreting customer needs and translating them to application and operational requirements.

You'll beable to understand, interpret and apply our policies for Bookings and subscriptions, and then think logically through problems and processes.

Each change requires assessment for the business benefit, and measurable success metrics to assist in prioritisation. These will assist IT in creating solutions for the requirements, resolving any issues that arise.

  • Extract business needs and processes into business requirements
  • Document business requirements
  • Work with IT to determine solution design and resolve decisions
  • Track deliverables and ensure on time delivery according to the project schedule
  • Create and execute test plans and scripts for changes or upstream projects.

Professional Skills:
  • Proven history of successful problem solving with strong sense of ownership and urgency
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Strong Interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment including the ability to work collaboratively with business users, IT staff and various levels of management
  • BA with 7-10 years of implementation/support experience on Oracle EBS OM module in hi-tech industry, good to have exposure of finance modules and reporting
  • Added advantage to have Knowledge of entire quote-to-cash (Q2C) cycle
  • Should have basic understanding of Toad/PL-SQL
