The Accounts Payable Officer accurately records and administers company creditors, ensuring
creditors are processed and paid within required timeframes.

- Monthly reporting - expense and credit card and tailoring reporting to senior management
- Reconciliations, control account/balance sheet
- Analytics, Cards & Expense
- Corporate Credit Card management and distribution
- Ensuring the filing of Accounts Payable files is up to date and the archiving is completed
- Identifying and addressing issues in a timely manner, including appropriately escalating matters for the attention of the Accounts Payable Supervisor
- Contributing proactively to identify business improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Accounts Payable processes
