Leading global Fintech based in CBD, looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to join the Financial Control team as the organisation continues to grow and the business expands.
The company is focused on creating a positive team culture and innovative space for its employees.
This is a 6 month fixed term contract with possibility of extension.

The current daily and monthly tasks for the upcoming role include:
- Day to day processing of all invoices
- Maintenance of asset tracking register
- Management of corporate credit cards and expense claims (automated through Concur)
- Ensuring the Authorised Signature policy is adhered to
- Managing internal staff and external creditors relations with respect to payments
- Adhering to the Risk & Control framework and reporting of KRIs
- Assisting with Continuous Process Improvement initiatives
Key Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience as an Accounts Payable officer for a medium sized organisation
- Strong communication and stakeholder's management skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong control mindset and high level of integrity
- Disciplined planning and time management
- Strong change agent with keen interest and aptitude in process and system improvements
- Previous experience of using technology to create the most effective and efficient process.
- Previous experience in Oracle Netsuite will be highly valued
- Intermediate MS Excel skills
- Self-learner with high aptitude for problem solving
