- Bookkeeping of business transactions including data entry, filing.
- Assist in the preparation/generating of accounting and management reports
- Working with accounting software.
- Handling sensitive or confidential information with honesty and integrity.
- Learn to compile and analyze data, track information, and support the company or clients.
- Learn to submit Quarterly GST filing
- Process supplier invoices for payment
- Generate and update project-specific profitability report
- Taking on additional tasks or projects to learn more about accounting and office operations (liaising with debtors/creditors, upkeeping of administrative systems, any other ad-hoc duties)
Requirements
- Currently taking an Accounting course equivalent to a diploma or higher level. Accounting fresh graduates are also welcome
- Comfortable working in a small company with lean structure
- Familiar with Accounting software and MS Office (advance excel would be ideal)
