The role holder will prepare monthly management information and support the preparation of the University's annual statutory financial statements and returns. Focusing on the reporting of University Research Income, Research Balance Sheet reconciliations, fee reporting and collection. The role has two direct line reports and will be required to develop and maintain strong and effective working relationships, ensuring that processes, reports, policies, system developments and future planning are appropriately managed.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant or exceptionally by experience with strong technical accounting skills and a flair for systems and procedures. You must be able to manage and prioritise workloads to meet tight deadlines and be able to manage people and relationships.
