Key Responsibilities:

- Participate actively in the Operating Plan and mid-year forecast exercises; closely collaborate with Treasury colleagues, FP&A and business teams to meet Citi's deadlines

- Understand Broker Dealer Transfer Pricing and become contact for discussion with businesses, ALM team and NY Treasury

- Closely collaborate in the analysis of New Product Approval Committee (NPAC) approval requests for EMEA Markets

- Contribute to the Annual Funding and Liquidity Plans (FLP), Contingency Funding Plans (CFP) and Internal Liquidity Adequacy Assessment Process (ILAAP)

- Contribute to Corporate Treasury's oversight of the European Structured Notes issuance business

- Contribute to analysis and attestation of IRRBB stress results for the broker dealer

- Partner and collaborate with extended Treasury teams in Hungary and India

- Act as a liaison to the business/regions, and interface with senior managers of Treasury on various Treasury topics

- Build relationships with key stakeholders and independently handle ad hoc analysis requests from management and businesses

Knowledge / Experience:

- 5-7 years of experience, preferably within Financial Services

- People and/or project management experience in a dynamic and highly technical environment is a plus

- High energy style with the ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast pace environment

- Ability to interact with all levels of management, strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

- Knowledge of Treasury, SFT, Derivatives and Prime Finance recommended

- Must possess a proactive work ethic and be a team player

Qualifications:

- University degree in Finance/Math/Economics. Post graduate studies are a plus

- Prior Treasury and/or Finance function experience required

Skills:

- Strong analytical skills with advanced critical thinking capabilities

- Well-developed aptitude with databases, spreadsheets, and other desktop applications

Competencies:

- Comfortable communicating across teams and geographies, considering cultural sensitivities and different working practices

- Ambitious and willing to learn; able to quickly assimilate new information

- Diplomatic; able to manage situations where conflicts of interest may arise

- Able to act as a partner to the businesses

- Ability to take decisions and/or escalate where appropriate, to deliver results and meet objectives in a defined timeframe
