Group Financial Controller
Job Description
- Financial Reporting-Review and prepare financial statements, business activity reports and forecasts
- Analyze consolidated performance of the group and develop suitable accounting policies to meet reporting requirements
- Manage strategic planning, management accounting and budgeting functions
- Maintain banking relationships for accounts for day to day transactions
- Oversee the preparation of the organization budget and variance reporting
- Support internal and external audit activities
- Coordinate annual finance audit process
- Implement Group policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls to prevent possible fraud and errors
- Manage taxation related functions within the organization through assessment of chargeable gains and losses of Singapore entities and Group
Requirements:
- Application for Singaporean only
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications, Auditing, ACCA, SAP knowledge will be added advantage
- Strong analytical skills
