The client is a well-established European Bank with a focus in growing their business in Asia.
Responsibilities
Manage a small team (applicable for Finance Manager) and be responsible for the financial control activities including financial reporting, balance sheet substantiation, ledger entries and tax matters.
Engage with business and finance stakeholders (based locally and overseas) to drive the development, risks and controls of the local office. Be pro-active in recommending initiatives and changes to improve current work processes.
Requirements
You are a degree qualified with at least 7 years (Manager) / 5 years (Assistant Manager) of experience in Accounting and Finance. Managerial experience is a prerequisite (applicable for Finance Manager). Candidates with regulatory reporting experience will be preferred. Good communication, work ethics and interpersonal skills will be essential.
