The opportunity 

We are seeking a motivated and driven Manager / Senior Manager to join our Tax technical team. As a technical specialist, you will play a key role in supporting tax professionals in the delivery of quality services to their clients. Through this, you will assist in the delivery of exceptional client service.

Your key responsibilities

  • Review technical developments from government bodies and disseminate internally
  • Provide support on thought leadership and other publications
  • Plan and conduct tax update sessions
  • Keep abreast of developments in tax policy developments and legislation and sharing the knowledge with tax professionals on a timely basis
  • Develop guidance and enablers to assist tax professional in delivery of quality tax services
  • Provide support to tax professionals in dealing with the technical team on complex technical issues
  • Conduct regular discussions with leaders to determine alerts and publications required for clients

  • Good communication skills in both written and oral
  • Good technical and analytical skills

    • To qualify for the role you must have

  • A university degree in Accounting / Business Administration or equivalent
  • At least 6 years (for Manager) or 8 years (Senior Manager) of relevant experience in tax
  • Keen interest in tax developments in Singapore and the region

    • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Tax Consulting experience in IRAS (or equivalent tax authorities) or another international accounting / consulting firm as a tax professional
  • Accreditation by SIATP
