Construction company required one bookkeeper
Key responsibilities:
· Preparing accounts and tax returns
· Prepare payments by requesting disbursements and verifying documentation
· Prepare monthly payroll administration
· Summarize financial status by collecting information and preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, account statement, and other reports
· Secure sensitive financial information by completing database backups
· Ensure that financial statements and records comply with laws and regulations
· Keeping account books and systems up to date
· Ensure that legal financial requirements are adhered to and advice management on relevant actions
· Advocating and promoting company value, mission and culture
· Providing suitable coaching and feedback to leaders and individual contributors
· Being strategic, with the ability to roll sleeves up, and be down in the operations when necessary.
Key requirements:
· At least 3 years of working experience in a similar capacity
· Possess advanced skills in Excel
· Time management and organization skills as you will be dealing with strict deadlines and you will have to keep track of your responsibilities and priorities.
· Must be a driven professional with great interpersonal and problem-solving skillset
· Strong ability to organise work schedules and to warm up to people from diverse culture and background
· Efficient in communicating both orally and in writing with all levels of staff
· Self-motivated with strong ability to prioritize tasks and perform multiple duties simultaneously
- Knowledge in Quickbook will be an advantage
