Client bookkeeper

Lochead Sandford Recruitment's client seeks to recruit an experienced bookkeeper to join their Business Services Group. Applicants must have a minimum of 3 years' experience of bookkeeping and VAT returns, together with experience in accounting software such as QuickBooks and Sage. Knowledge of online accounting solutions such as QBO and Xero would be highly advantageous although full training will be given where necessary. Experience in management accounts would also be preferable. Working as part of a team you will work with your colleagues to support the partners in delivering a quality bookkeeping and accounting service to our clients. You will need to have strong communication skills as this role will involve internal interaction at all levels within the firm, good client and team working skills and given the range of clients, good organisational skills and be flexible to manage a number of client projects. **Current or recent UK CA /Accountancy Firm background and experience, as opposed to a commercial accounts background, is essential.** In return our client offers a competitive salary and benefits package, flexible working hours and study assistance for AAT/ACCA if desired
