Responsibilities:

• Directly report to the CFO and lead a small team to maintain the operations of all finance functions for APAC
• Drive and manage the full accounting team's performance of the close process to meet close deadlines
• Drive the budget and forecast process for the operations of APAC countries
• Prepare cash flow reports, projecting cash needs at weekly and monthly intervals, daily cash management
• Be a business partner and provide insightful financial advices to different internal stakeholders in different countries
• Develop various financial models to conduct scenario analysis as well as formulating business strategies to improve financial performance
• Evaluate, implement and streamline policies, procedures, controls and most methodologies
• Facilitate and drive performance management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance / Economics
• Certified member of HKICPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 8 years of progressive accounting experience gained from Trading / Manufacturing / Sourcing Companies
• Big 4 experience is preferred
• Excellent relationship building and senior stakeholder management skill
• Self-starter, ability to identify issues, hold self and other accountable to achieve goals and resolve problems
• Advanced user of Microsoft Excel
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
