We offer careers that provide endless opportunity - helping millions of individuals and businesses thrive, and creating financial and digital solutions that the world now takes for granted.

• Meeting regulatory conditions and deadlines to ensure Barclays achieves its commitments to regulations, does not suffer reputational or punitive damages, whilst supporting its clients
What we're looking for:
• You'll already have experience of working on complex change the bank delivery programmes
• Experienced in business process modelling, analysis and functional design, writing business & technical documentation as well project planning and management
• Proven risks and issues management, including stakeholder communications and engagement
• Experience of Agile and SDLC full lifecycle delivery in workflow and rules driven software applications, will be beneficial
Skills that will help you in the role:
• Experience of being able to identify, attempt to rectify and appropriately escalate issues and risks whilst having an analytical and methodical approach to problem solving
• Comfortable interacting with stakeholders at multiple levels across the business. It is important that you'll be able to gain the trust of senior stakeholders
• Experienced in delivering complex information coherently and commercially to the business
• Knowledge and understanding of Distributed Architecture
Where will you be working?
We've been in Scotland for 250 years, and our significance has never been as important as it is today. You can find Princes House in West Campbell Street, a short walk from both Central and Queen Street Stations, and not far from Sauchiehall Street and Argyll Street, two of the city's main shopping hubs. We're committed to giving everyone the opportunity to thrive at Barclays, investing in our people, communities, and facilities - highlighted by our new state-of-the-art campus opening soon in the city centre.
