Job Description
Our client is a dynamic, P/E-owned Greater Philadelphia-area technology company that is hiring a Director of Global Treasury. The Director of Global Treasury will perform risk management, maintain cash management, and oversee the firms' investment activities. This Director of Global Treasury will lead the firm's treasury strategy with a strong approach on treasury structure, debt management, compliance, and financial stability. There is the option to work remotely in this role with occasional travel to their offices.
Primary Duties
• Develop and manage strategies, operations, policies and budgets
• Perform risk management
• Develop and manage efficient and effective international bank relationships
• Assume responsibility for all cash management procedures
• Manage and support investment activities
• Provide guidance and best practices on cost initiatives
• Manage cash management banking and financial institution contact
• Establish sufficient liquidity
• Direct capital markets, borrowing, investing and foreign exchange
• Oversee intercompany cash
• Evaluate capital expenditures and portfolio management
• Submit reports of present financial situation and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, SEC, FASB, SOX
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
• MBA a PLUS
• 10+ years of International Treasury experience
• Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge
• Transfer Pricing experience a PLUS
• Strong presentation skills, written and verbal
