Responsibilities
Job Purpose
We are looking to bring in UAT Functional Analyst under Enterprise Operations and Technology, to help the implementation of next generation Digital Automation Platform. The candidate is required to possess experience in Finance and Risk background along with Change Management exposure and should be a strong team player.
Exposure to Financial Accounting processes, Accounting Engine and Accounting Concepts, Regulatory reporting is required.
This is a significant opportunity for a Techno-Functional Analyst with Finance experience to move into a role working with a variety of teams, including close collaboration with Finance and Risk Shared Services.
Job Background
To be successful in this role, the individual must have the indepth business experience to understand how data is utilized within the company, the ability to communicate with others to understand and convey data and information needs; provide guidance and direction on usage of the data & proven experience handling Business Analysis/UAT Analysis / UAT Support in large complex projects for Financial markets environment.

Responsibilities
• Assist with Functional Analysis during UAT cycle by driving and implementing strategic solutions in an increasingly regulated yet extremely disruptive environment.
• Implement a high standard Change Management framework.
• Develop change management approach to facilitate adoption and sustainable results.
• Change metrics governance (definition, measurement and quality control)
• Coordinate with stakeholders and work with users to identify requirements and be responsible for Functional Requirement Documents review, UAT Test scenarios using use cases, workflow, screen mock-ups, and spreadsheet models.
• Writing the UAT Functional and Integration documents and plan.
• Quickly becoming SME on Finance and Risk Functions.
• Analyze current business and system processes for potential areas of improvement.
• Coordinate with business and technology partners throughout the UAT lifecycle.
• Oversee and steer functional requirements process with technology partners.
• Oversee and write test scenarios and drive UAT planning and implementation.
• Coordinate and provide analysis and interpretation of UAT results
• Provide UAT Support to users and development team by investigating and resolving issues arising during the process.
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) / scenario for finance and accounts features
• Facilitate and create UAT data for application environments and also downstream/upstream applications.
• Facilitate and create test data for development and SIT application environments
• Co-coordinating with various projects and application team and understanding the cross impact on the release and ensuring relevant configuration and test data created in integrated systems
• Communicate and interact with multiple teams for understanding the requirements, troubleshoot an incident and provide resolution.
• Partner with technology resources to design and implement technology solutions, including documenting business and functional requirements, testing and implementation plans.
Must Have Skills
6 years' experience with hands-on business analysis experience in Finance or Risk domain. Other industry experience will not be considered.
3+ years' experience with strong knowledge of change management process preferably in the Financial Accounting, General Ledger and Financial/Regulatory Reporting processes space.
Preferred experience of Robotic Process Automation analysis & implementation will be preferred.
Experience with Risk and Finance regulatory reporting, and experience in Finance processes in the Financial Accounting, Financial Close, Integrated Close, Balancesheet Substantiation or Regulatory reporting space.
Adept at end-to-end development of Test Cycle from inception, requirement specs, planning, designing, Implementation, configuration management, documentation and closure
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple simultaneous projects and meet defined deadlines.
Creativity and independent thinking.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
Collaborative work style; effectively interacts with partners across organizational boundaries/hierarchies.
Leadership presence; commands respect and will earn trust of senior leaders.
Highly motivated and with enthusiasm for Financial Services industry and desire to master the business.
Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
Good Exposure to Excel macros and EUCwill be preferred.
Education
• Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
• Business Analysis certification from leading associations preferred.
• Experience in Internal Audit or Financial Control will be appreciated.
