    Our market-leading approach combines payroll operations experience with our standard local and global payroll compliance as well as implementation methodology. Within the framework of various missions involving both Luxembourg and a number of countries, you will have the opportunity to provide clients an integrated, consistent, quality service that unlocks the potential of the payroll function across the entire record-to-report process. We are experiencing unprecedented growth in this area, serving local and multinational clients. Our pipeline is robust, and we anticipate continued growth in the foreseeable future.

    Working closely with a team, you will contribute in the outsourced payroll operations and implementations for optimal effectiveness of a widely diversified client portfolio. You will build contact with your clients, understand their expectations and build lasting relationships with them. You will collaborate in all communications with external / internal stakeholders related to your portfolio. You will also work on all administrative duties related to your client portfolio (invoicing, quotations, daily queries etc…).

    About you

    You are flexible, dynamic with excellent communication skills and have a real team spirit. You are capable of multitasking. You are open minded to work on other related projects (process improvements, trainings, software etc…).

    To qualify for the role you must have

  • University degree of Economics (Accounting / Finance degree would be considered as an advantage)
  • A fluent level in English, French or German.
  • Attention to details with a commitment to high quality and accuracy
  • Very good computer skills (especially Excel)
  • Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills and proven ability to multi-task
  • Willingness to learn
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude
  • A fluent level in English, French or German.
  • Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience with specialized payroll software systems will be considered as an advantage
  • Luxembourg labor and social security legislation knowledge
