We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a software company based in Reading for a 12 month fixed term contract.

Working within the Finance team you will be supporting the Group Financial Controller with the accounts for multiple companies across multiple countries, your duties will include the following:
- Checking and processing orders using Salesforce and Sage
Liaising with sales, clients, and resellers to resolve issues with POs
Raising and sending invoices and credit notes.
Maintaining stock codes on Sage.
Assisting with month end stock valuation.
Providing daily sales and invoice reports for management.
Assisting with support contract quotes and queries.
For success in this role you will require the following:
- Experience of working in a multi-currency, multi country organisation.
- Sage 50/200 experience is desirable.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and be able to demonstrate experience in the production of complex spreadsheets and financial reports.
