M&A Strategy & Ops - Analyst/ Senior Analyst

The Company

Our client is an established organization in the Engineering industry. Keen to hire a talent with strong Engineering/ Manufacturing process knowledge, Strategy, M&A exposure.

The Role

Successful profile and expectations:

• Required: Relevant industry exposure - Understanding of Precision Engineering, Manufacturing processes (an overview of the value chain)
• M&A & strategy experience, including Post-Merger Integration exposure
• Singaporean/ Singapore PR applicants, bilingual in English and Mandarin

** Welcome applicants from Big 4 with M&A/ Strategy experience (including Post-Merger Integration exposure).

Reporting to the Director, you will take on an individual contributor role in overseeing areas in strategy, operations and investments (M&A, joint ventures). You will analyze industrial trends, monitor and evaluate competitor analysis, identify opportunities/ risks or threats, and execute projects at subsidiary level in regards to regional business partnerships, supply chain optimization, market entry strategy, pricing strategy, product development etc.

You will also conduct market research, come up with target identification and mapping, perform deal evaluation, financial and business due diligence, construct financial valuation models as well as prepare required investment proposals. You will support in assessing business fit based on corporate and business requirements when developing acquisition target list, as well as also support/ lead subsidiaries in post-merger integration work.
