This role will lead the whole accounting team and report directly to the finance directer.

This role requires rich leadership experience and solid accounting knowledge.

Our client is a leading European company in manufacturing industry with wide product range ( home appliance, panels, etc.)

After entering China for more than 20 years, our client takes up a large market share and keeps growing year by year.

Description

  • Prepare the monthly reports and present findings and recommendations to the management, Ensure high quality of all internal and external reporting and business information in accordance with HQ and local rules policies and regulations
  • Take the lead in preparing budget and rolling forecast, Continuous analysis of business performance versus budget and forecast
  • Working capital, Cash flow management, Financial risk management(Commercial, Credit Control, Foreign exchange exposures) to mitigate company risk
  • Handles all key transactions with Banks, tax bureau and State Affairs of Foreign Exchange
  • Be responsible to manager finance team with reasonable allocation of tasks to achieve team targets with high efficiency and accuracy;
  • Be responsible for coaching of team members to support on individual development and proposing team development plan according to individual needs as well as company structure;

    • Profile

    Bachelor Degree and above with financial related major;

    Minimum 8 years related leading experience in Financial & Accounting Field and at least 2 years in MNC

    With knowledge on general ledger and SAP Knowledge in FICO

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    Have leadership experience with a minimum team of 3.
