Part Qual Management Accountant // Trafford Park // £ Competitive + excellent benefits
We are currently working with a global company to fill a new role on the finance team. The Management Accountant will take on full responsibility for the management accounts and will have the opportunity to get involved with process improvement and projects.
Duties will include Month end, inventory and spend reporting, variance analysis, VAT returns, Balance sheet reconciliations, budgeting, assist with Audit as required.
A key part of this role will be bringing new ideas in terms of process improvement, new ways of reporting. This role provides an opportunity to work with senior members of the finance team to implement more advanced budgeting and forecasting moving forward.
As the company is in a rapid growth phase there will also be the opportunity to be involved with aligning the financial processes and systems of new acqusitions.
The person:
Will be AAT qualified / Graduate
Ideally studying ACCA / CIMA
Excellent systems/Excel skills
Experience gained in a busy finance team with some management accounting experience
Keen to develop and progress to become fully qualified.
This is very much a developmental role and the successful applicant will have the opportunity to progress as this already sizeable team grows further.
Excellent benefits include BUPA, 25 days plus bank holidays, life insurance.
Currently partly home working, partly office based.
