Accountemps is actively searching for an entry-level Accountant for a role in the Service industry. You will be responsible for entering data, reviewing financial statements, and creating and manipulating Excel spreadsheets. Responsibilities
- Assisting with full cycle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes
- Reconcile and balance general ledger accounts
- Assisting with audit fieldwork for both operational and financial audit
- Prepare journal entries monthly
- Investigating and fixing account discrepancies
Requirements
-1+ years of accounting experience
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook)
-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including V-lookups and pivot tables
-Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
