Our company provides civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, environmental, and municipal engineering, surveying, landscape architecture, code enforcement, plan review, construction management, special inspections and material testing, and grant writing services to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

Our Lehigh Valley (Allentown, PA) office will be hiring a full-time, entry level, detail-oriented person with excellent organizational and communication skills to support the accounting team (clerical tasks, data entry, basic accounting functions)

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and issue invoices.
  • Enter accounts payable.
  • Contact clients regarding accounts receivable (place collection calls.)
  • Enter proposals and projects into accounting database.
  • Reconcile credit card charges.
  • Input timesheets, expense reports, and petty cash into the computer.
  • Enter cash receipts.
  • Other projects as assigned

Job Requirements

  • H.S. Diploma
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel).
  • Experience with Deltek Vision is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of office equipment functions and capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and respond to the needs of several people.
  • Ability to keep private matters confidential
