Overview
Enterprise Fleet Management, an affiliate of Enterprise Holdings, is currently searching for a Year-Round Accounting Intern to work within our Business Management Department. Fleet Management is a fast-paced and highly energetic sales company that manages vehicle fleets for companies. We handle all aspects of fleet management including vehicle acquisition, financing and disposal as well as provide risk management, maintenance and fuel programs for our customers.
This intern will be exposed to various accounting functions and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be professional and detail oriented.
This exciting opportunity works Monday-Friday 15-20 hours per week during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters. During the summer, this position would work Monday-Friday 40 hours per week.
The office is located at 9315 Olive Blvd. Currently, this position will train and work from home as a safety precaution due to COVID -19. When it has been determined that office work is safe to return to, this position will remain flexible and offer opportunities for on-site and work from home options.
Starting pay is $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Respond, manage, and follow through to completion inquiries received in the EFM Leasing Wholesale mailbox
- Utilize Salesforce for various tracking and updating purposes
- Process billing for EFM lease customers and provide billing support for EFM Groups, including handling and resolving issues to ensure timely payment
- Monitor, prioritize and respond to billing requests and inquiries received via phone and email from external customers, executives, EFM Groups and internal staff
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be a resident of Missouri
- Must reside in St. Louis or immediate surrounding counties
- A rising Sophomore, Junior or Senior enrolled full time for the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters in a college or university
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
- Ability to work 15-20 hours a week during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters and 40 hours per week during the summer
- 6 months of customer service experience or 6 months of administrative support in a office environment
- Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office Products
- Must be willing to accept $12.00 per hour
- Have permanent residence with defined working space (home office, spare bedroom, etc.) that is clean, ventilated and quiet.
- Working space with working smoke detector, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit.
- Computer running a mainstream supported version of Windows or MacOS (currently Windows 7+ or MacOS 12+).
- Minimum of 4GB RAM (the cloud based system will use a minimum of 1G RAM).
- High-speed Internet connection with a minimum validated upload and download speed of 3Mb or greater (please validate using a speed test tool such as http://www.speedtest.net/ ).
- Working web camera.
- Workstations should connect directly to the ISP router using an Ethernet cable (wireless connections are allowed but be aware of signal strength, interference, and other factors).
- Apple or Android smartphone is needed to download the Authenticator app (must be running a current mainstream supported operating system and Internet browser version).
- Internet browsers: Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome, Firefox, or Safari.
- Anti-virus software must be installed and kept running at all times (included w/ Windows 10).
- Operating system patches must be installed and kept up to date.
