**Must come from Commercial Construction**
Job Description:
Manage all Financial, Forecasting, Bonding, Banking, and Insurance aspects of the company
2 Direct reports-Human Resources Manager and Office Manager
Manage and oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and Human Resources
Produce monthly Financial Statements Including WIP schedules
Assist CEO/President with monthly Forecasting
Oversee annual CPA Reviews
Oversee annual 401K Audits
Work with bankers for any financial needs
Employee Health Insurance annual renewal
Executive Payroll

Education:
Minimum Bachelors in Accounting/Finance
