What you'll achieve
We are looking for an analytics manager to join our growing team of data analytics experts and manage the processes and people responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling and analysis. The ideal candidate has a knack for seeing solutions in sprawling data sets and the business mindset to convert insights into strategic opportunities for our company. The Analytics Manager will work closely with leaders across Finance, sales, and Controllers to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions.
You will:
- Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions.
- Apply statistics and data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue.
- Communicate and track key performance metrics across departments.
- Oversee analytics projects to extract, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Manage analytics team members work load and activities and ensure delivery on commitments on a timely basis
- Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to partners.
- Deliver Optimum reporting solutions using appropriate data, business context, tools & techniques along with relevant cost benefit analysis
- Ensure timely delivery of all reports/ Adhoc analysis for the business on a regular basis.
- Work with segment managers to deep dive on business performance, and deliver reports/performance assessments of respective areas
- Create and maintain various tools and models in order to report and facilitate decision making on business performance
- Provide executive decks for updates on projects/ adhoc analysis
- Proactively communicate with business counterparts on progress, ensure 100% data accuracy in each opportunity

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Computer Science, or related field/ Master's Degree may be preferred with 3 - 5 years' experience in an Analytics Manager position or similar role is required.
- Working knowledge of data mining principles: predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources.
- Strong SQL skills, ability to perform effective querying involving multiple tables and subqueries.
- Understanding of and experience using analytical concepts and statistical techniques: hypothesis development, designing tests/experiments, analyzing data, drawing conclusions, and developing actionable recommendations for business units.
- Experience and knowledge of statistical modeling techniques: GLM multiple regression, logistic regression, log-linear regression, variable selection, etc.
Desirable Requirements
- Proficient in R , Python , SAS , Business intelligence tools, software, and dashboards.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and time-management skills.
