Job scope/summary:
As the CC Business Analyst, you would be responsible for driving account-level analysis and provide insights for the install base & fleet leading to better account profitability across both PS and Print Contractual Category. You will work with and support the Installed Base managers within the Account Level Management Team. HP manages more than 60 million service products in its installed base, spread across more than 40 different product lines, all deployed in more than 60 countries! So much data to analyze and valuable information to extract! This is a critical and high visibility position. In addition to advanced analytical skills, you will be the top manager of Big Data Management.

Key deliverables/accountabilities:
- Data reliability and accuracy

- Participate in cross-division, multi-function teams as part of the programs or projects that affect the organization's long-term goals and objectives
Education (degree) and professional experience required:
- 8-12 years total experience
- 4-7 years post-advanced degree in statistics
- Analytics Advanced university degree in Analytics/ Big Data or demonstrable equivalent would be preferred
Other requirements:
- Fluent English
- Other languages knowledge would be an asset
- Deep knowledge of the Managed Print Services and/or PL67/DaaS business
- Expertise in data science tools (Python, R, SAS), mastery of databases (SQL) and visualization tools (Excel / Power BI / Tableau)
- Extreme flexibility

- Ability to communicate abstract ideas clearly and concisely
- Very strong verbal & written communication skills
