Our client is looking to hire a Bookkeeper for an immediate temporary to hire role with the potential to grow into an Accountant position.

The starting salary for this position is $35,000 to $45,000 depending on experience.

Our client is looking to hire a Bookkeeper for an immediate temporary to hire role with the potential to grow into an Accountant position.
The Role:
- Preparing invoices in Quickbooks
- Entering invoices
- Responsible for financial aspects including accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Collecting on overdue accounts
- Data entry of payroll hours
The Ideal Candidate:
- Two plus years of experience as a Bookkeeper
- Proficiency with MS Office and experience with Quickbooks is essential
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced growing organization
- Excellent data entry skills and accuracy
- High attention to detail and efficiency
- Team player with a willingness to take on new tasks as required
