About Banxa

Banxa is a globally operating, stock-exchange listed fintech building the bridge from fiat to digital assets for many of the world's largest digital currency exchanges including Binance, OKEx and KuCoin. The Banxa API suite offers digital asset exchanges and wallets the ability to instantly accept fiat payments through a fully compliant fiat-to-crypto conversion service that provides global payments, regulatory compliance and fraud detection.

About the Opportunity
As a Business Analyst at Banxa, you will be critical in contributing to delivering on the vision for Banxa's leading Fiat to Cryptocurrency on and off ramp product for it's global clients. Reporting to our Product Manager and working closely with the Development team, you will have responsibility for refining customer journeys and business processes and developing product feature designs and user stories. You will collaborate with cross discipline Banxa teams through feature design and prioritisation and guide the Development team in the delivery of value to the business.

This role is a full-time role and will be based in our Melbourne HQ.

What you'll do

  • Work with customers and business stakeholders to deeply understand their problems and needs.
  • Propose, design and prioritise customer and user-centered feature and solution options that deliver value to the customer and the business.
  • Contribute to the development of the Product Roadmap.
  • Analysis and communication of requirements, user stories and the product knowledge base.
  • Guide the Development team in delivering product and business value through well specified and prioritised user stories, sprint planning and daily stand-up facilitation.
  • Contribute to improving product quality by working closely with Quality Assurance.
  • Strive for continuous improvement of the customer experience.
  • Work with and inspire the Banxa teams to take on and solve challenging problems in an emerging fintech industry.
  • Share a path to success in delivering value through product and platform development with other Banxa Team Members.
  • Leave your mark with your original ideas to accelerate Banxa's growth


Requirements

What You'll Bring to the table:

Must haves:
  • You have worked for at least 2 years as a Business Analyst in a rapidly growing business
  • You have relevant work experience in the financial services / fintech or crypto space

Your Skills and Experience:
  • You have a solid track record of achievement
  • Running the extra mile is your default setting
  • Experience in analysing and improving customer journey's and data analysis.
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience using your creativity to identify digital product and feature development opportunities.
  • An analytical approach to breaking down problems and requirements logically and objectively.
  • Experience in the planning and facilitation of digital product, feature and solution design workshops.
  • Experience capturing product user stories, requirements and product knowledge base documentation.
  • Experience guiding and leading teams in agile ways of work, prioritisation, sprint planning, daily stand-ups and delivery in-line with the product and business roadmap.
  • Experience using management tools such as ClickUp or Jira.
