Your responsibilities
- Supporting the accounting operations in a SME environment and ensuring their compatibility with accounting principles and regulations
- Calculate taxes and create tax returns, balance sheet, cash flow, profit/loss statements and similar documentation
- Administering payroll, as well as accounts payable / receivable
- Create budget and financial forecasts
- Prepare timely and accurate financial statements
- Cash reconciliation
- Prepare periodic reports for company's executives and top managers
- Keep corporate information confidential and develop safety measures such as random database backups
About you
- Sound knowledge of accounting, financial and business principles and procedures
- Excellent knowledge of XERO accounting software
- Strong attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality
- Previous internship in related field a bonus
- Professional Accreditation (CPA / IPA) a bonus
